This is Armin's latest track, it is planned for Armin ONLY, April 19. Since my visa expired (almost a year ago actually), I can't really leave the country until I get my new one, so another Armin ONLY I have to miss, but I preordered the DVD, so I should be all set to see it ... sooner or later.
I am happy to see Armin working with DJ Shah, their styles are fairly different, but I really like the blend. Shah's chilled, beachy tunes are really great against Armin's sound, I hope there's more after "Going Wrong". Very well done!

Strawberry fields forever
Across the Universe was a very good movie - all of the Beatles' songs had great interpretation, however Strawberry Fields is my favorite by far!
I've always wondered what my life would have been if I lived in the sixties - so many riots and changes, I am sure I wouldn't have been bored :) But back to the movie, the scenes were very rich in symbols and emotions, and I was really happy to notice that most of the main characters had names from Beatles' songs! Another really unique thing about this movie is the live signing from the actors - according to the extra features on the DVD most of the songs were performed live, not lip synced, how often do we see that? Maybe this is the main reason why the soundtrack is so captivating - well known and loved songs got a new life in this movie. You should definitely see it!

Universal Religion part 3
I am the proud owner of Armin's new release - Universal Religion part 3! It is a very good compilation and the best part is the atmosphere of the live performance (it is live from Ibiza 2007). I have a few definite favorites - Markus Schulz' mashup of Rex Mundi and Ronski Speed's Space Perspective and John O'Callaghan's Big Sky :) Those are awesome! Armin's new track is pretty captivating as well, but a little too similar to Shivers I think. "All that you can give ... all that you can be, the state that's in your mind, I know you can't define it". Amazing album, check it out :)

Omigosh
This is one of the best moments during Armin's show Nov 3rd in Sky. Even though the venue was pretty lousy, Armin was amazing. I love this video because he was just playing with us :) and teasing us with beats before he got serious! (Actually you can hear me screaming on a lot of these videos (if you go directly to youtube and watch the others from that user). Pretty fun night!

Maybe one day everyone will POOP?
POOP - Perl Object-Oriented Persistence, is apparently catching on. How many people will find a solution to their design problems in POOP? Hard to tell, especially considering I am not a Peal programmer, but I definitely will think of looking into SLOOPS one day
